Manual review required
To protect accounts, deletion requests are processed after ownership verification. Send the request from the email address associated with your Diff Forge AI account when possible.

We may ask for enough information to confirm that you control the account before processing deletion.
Delete account data
After verification, we delete or de-identify account data associated with Diff Forge AI, subject to limited retention described below.
What deletion covers
A verified deletion request covers your Diff Forge AI account profile and associated user data, including dashboard account records and workspace data connected to your account where deletion is available.
If you have an active subscription, we may need to cancel or settle the billing relationship before deletion is completed.
What may be retained
- Billing, tax, accounting, and payment records that must be retained for legal or financial compliance.
- Security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, and dispute records where retention is reasonably necessary.
- Backup copies until they are overwritten through normal backup rotation.
- Information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
